Westland Projects is a family owned and operated property development company, specialising in medium density apartments.

We are involved in every stage of our developments; from in house design, drafting, and sales, to casting the concrete panels in our factory.

We have recently designed and completed three residential buildings in leafy West Perth: Saint Germain, Halcyon, and Studio 990.

Currently we are in the process of building luxury apartment development Lida, which also includes a commercial office space and cafe/small bar premises.

We have also begun construction on a multi-storey office development in Havelock St, West Perth.
